Nehket Sajjana is one of the daughters of House Nehket. In her youth she had a rebellious nature, and frequently came into conflict with her parents. She married young, at the age of 81, demanding that she was allowed to do so to further the family line. Her husband passed away only two and a half decades later. Sajjana inherited his complete estate due to an obscure paragraph in the marriage contract, leaving his children with nothing.
Sajjana's father is Lord Nehket Purvaj, son of lord Nehket Bujurg and lady Giroh Shikaaree. Her mother is Lady Nayaak Mithaee, daughter of Duke Nayaak Deepak and Lady Nehket Aankhi.
Career
At the age of 420, she remarried to a member of House Khaw. Several years later, she became a vocal proponent of several of House Khaw's research lines. When talk within House Khaw started about the creation of the archducal title of Aveire, she strongly lobbied in favour of her husband. After a century of lobbying and favour currying her husband was bestowed the title of Archduke of Aveire, only to be brutally assassinated four months later.
House Khaw launched a very thorough investigation, but found little evidence. What evidence they could find did point to lady Nehket Sajjana as being involved, but it was not enough to bring to trial. In the following chaos, Nehket Sajjana appropriated the complete inheritance through a combination of legal delays, inventive interpretation of the marriage contract and plain intimidation towards several of her husband's children.
With these events being 'very recent' in the minds of most hemet veolians, House Khaw has had very chilled relations with House Nehket since this event. This dislike has been exacerbated by a message sent from Nehket Sajjana to the mother of her dead husband. Though the contents of the message are not public, the mother has openly admitted that she wouldn't mind the opportunity to kill Nehket Sajjana herself.
Recently, Nehket Sajjana accepted the position of director of Vaspa Industries next to her duties as archduchess. She is also a member of the board of the Vaspa Ahlstorm Conglomerate.
